“Self-compassion facilitates a growth mindset, it allows us to learn from our failures and move forward to the life we desire.”

In my work, I combine the ICF coaching model and self-compassion practices, an approach deeply rooted in empowerment, empathy, and holistic growth. While self-compassion practices promote kindness and acceptance toward oneself, the ICF model empowers clients to tap into their own resources, strengths, and insights and allows them to take desired actions. I believe clients are the best experts on their own lives, motivations, memories, experiences, and choices. With compassionate guidance, I help them navigate change, overcome challenges, and live fulfilling lives aligned with their true selves.

What is Self-Compassion & Why Practice It?

Self-compassion is the research-based practice of treating oneself with kindness, understanding, and acceptance. It involves extending the same care and concern to oneself that one would naturally offer to a close friend.

The way we handle life challenges lies in our ability to hold discomfort. I believe we can’t push and shame ourselves into the happy and fulfilling life that we want. Self-compassion helps develop inner support and move towards goals with peace.
